2-Year Warranty (Warranty Policy)
At Cozebo Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality outdoor products built to last. We offer a limited 2-year warranty covering the frame and roof panels of our gazebos against manufacturing defects and structural failures.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the frame or roof panels
- Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the product
If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, Cozebo Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part. If necessary, we may also send a technician to inspect and resolve the issue.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance
- Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, excessive snow loads, flooding, hail, or other natural disasters
- Cosmetic changes such as fading, discoloration, stains, or scratches that do not affect the structural integrity of the product
- Any modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by the customer or a third party
- Damage caused during relocation, disassembly, reinstallation, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear over time
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Cozebo Inc. and is valid only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability
Cozebo Inc.’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion. Cozebo Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
