At Cozebo Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality outdoor products that meet your expectations. We offer a limited warranty of 2 years on the frame and roof panels of our gazebos, covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity.

 

Warranty Coverage

 

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the frame or roof panels

• Defects in materials that affect the structural performance of the product a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, Cozebo will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. We may also dispatch a technician for inspection and resolution, if necessary.

 

What is Not Covered

 

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance

• Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions including but not limited to strong winds, heavy snow, or natural disasters

• Changes in appearance such as fading, stains, or scratches that do not affect structural performance

• Any alterations or modifications made by the customer or a third party

• Damage caused during relocation, disassembly, or improper handlingThis warranty applies only to gazebos purchased directly from Cozebo Inc. and is valid for the original purchaser only.

 

Proof of purchase is required.

Limitation of Liability

 

Cozebo Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as described above.
