Return Policy (Cozebo Inc.)
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging with all hardware included. Please review the details below before requesting a return.
We hope you love your Cozebo purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting support@cozebo.com.
If more than 12 hours have passed, we will check with our warehouse to confirm if your order has already been shipped.
If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
If the order has shipped, your cancellation will be treated as a return and subject to our return terms below.
Returns – 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging with all hardware included.
All returns must be authorized by our support team at support@cozebo.com.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Fees
• If your order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
• If your order has already shipped but not assembled, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
• If our installer has already arrived on site, and you choose to cancel for any reason (e.g. wrong size ordered, changed your mind, or dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance), a 25% cancellation fee will apply. This covers delivery, scheduling, warehouse handling, and installer time.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refund Method & Timing
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe your item arrived defective or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will assess the issue and arrange for replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary.

• Your full name and order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item (if delivered)
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
