Assembly Policy (Cozebo Inc.)
At Cozebo Inc., we aim to complete your gazebo assembly within 10 days of your order. During checkout, customers may select a preferred assembly date, and we always do our best to honor that request. However, in some situations, assembly may need to be rescheduled.
Weather Delays and Safety Conditions
For the safety of our installers and to ensure proper installation, Cozebo reserves the right to postpone assembly due to the following conditions:
• Extreme heat (e.g., temperatures over 100°F / 38°C)
• Heavy rain or thunderstorms
• Strong winds or other hazardous weather conditions
If such conditions occur, we will promptly contact you and reschedule the assembly to the next available and safe date, typically within a few days depending on weather and team availability.
Rescheduling and 10-Day Policy
If assembly is rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns, it does not count as a delay under our standard 10-day assembly commitment. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize both safety and product quality.
Customer Cancellations or Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or changes (especially when the installer is already en route) may incur a service fee.
